A song more than 20 years in the making
One by One is a song I've held onto from my youth. I first wrote this when I was about 16, then reworked it in 2015 (Soundcloud Link), so officially, I guess this is the 2k26 edition, but no-one writes years like that any more :)
It's a song about love, albeit unrequited and unobtainable as it was for me at the time, but about learning that that's okay, too. Have faith, it'll come, and it does get better.
