Lyrically, this is the most personal song i've ever written.
It talks about my undiagnosed health condition which has had me by-and-large housebound for 6 years now. It's about my struggle to come to terms with it, realising that there's still hope, and that I still have a raison d'etre.
Despite this being about such a dark subject for me, musically, it leans heavily into Italidisco and operatic elements to enlighten the track and bring a kind of positive light of hopefulness.
