The Story of Us
'...stay with me' is a cute little ditty. It's a little poem to my husband, and talks of how we met in Cardiff, and how much light he brings into my life.
Although it has specific references to our story, I wanted this to be a love song which would give warmth to anyone in love.
I was playing around with different lyric ideas for the chorus, and the line 'keep my heart inside your pocket' just sprung out. Yes, the line is a twee, but it's such a lovely image, I just had to :)
